Treasure Coast Infrastructure
Lift station maintenance · underground utilities · sanitary sewer
Community and commercial lift stations and underground work on the Treasure Coast. Not a residential septic pumper.
Palm City · Martin County · HOA & commercial
For HOA boards, condo associations, property managers, and commercial buildings whose wet well, pumps, or controls are private. Not a residential septic tank pump-out, and not a Martin County Utilities ticket for county-owned sewer in unincorporated Palm City.
Palm City is an unincorporated Martin County community (not a city utility). Martin County Utilities & Solid Waste (MCU) is the regional water and wastewater utility that serves unincorporated Martin County, plus the Town of Sewall’s Point and Ocean Breeze. MCU Customer Service is published at 3473 SE Willoughby Boulevard, Stuart, FL 34994, with utilities contact at (772) 221-1434 for county utility accounts and county infrastructure emergencies.
Martin County’s published Minimum Design & Construction Standards state that the Department will not operate, maintain, or acquire ownership of sewage facilities that are not constructed to County standards, and that responsibility for non-standard lines or lift stations resides with the developer and assigns. MCU’s published rate schedule (effective June 1, 2025) also includes a line item for monthly maintenance of a lift station not owned by MCU, which is how the county prices maintenance it performs on privately owned stations under its own program.
Palm City also has subdivisions with privately owned roads where public water and sewer extensions have required HOA utility easements before county assets can go in (a pattern documented in Martin County Board actions for Palm City neighborhoods such as Windstone). County-owned lines and stations are still the county’s job. Private community and commercial lift stations (the ones an HOA, condo association, property manager, or building owner still owns) are a different crew. If the alarm is on a private wet well, pumps, or control panel in Palm City or nearby Martin County, call (561) 320-1924.
Martin County Utilities publishes (772) 221-1434 for customer service and after-hours county utility emergencies. That number is for MCU accounts and county-owned infrastructure, not for private HOA or commercial station maintenance booked through PumpRoster.
Treasure Coast Infrastructure (tcifl.com) handles underground utilities, sanitary sewer, and lift-station maintenance. Public address seen: 5360 SE Dell Street, Stuart, FL 34997. Their site lists underground contractor license CUC1226427. Bismark Electric (bismarkfl.com) handles lift-station electrical (control panel, pumps, and floats). Both publish (561) 320-1924. Neither is a residential septic pumper.
Lift station maintenance · underground utilities · sanitary sewer

Lift-station electrical · control panel, pumps, floats
Electrical on the station. Same public number as TCI. Not a residential septic pumper.
Martin County also runs Connect to Protect, a septic-to-sewer conversion program for residential properties across the county (including Palm City areas on septic). Under that program, smaller communities use on-site grinder stations and larger ones use vacuum sewer; for county grinder and vacuum assets in that program, the county publishes ownership and maintenance rules that differ from a privately owned HOA or commercial station. Those conversion programs are municipal. This page is for community and commercial lift-station work.
