Treasure Coast Infrastructure
Lift station maintenance · underground utilities · sanitary sewer
Community and commercial lift stations and underground work on the Treasure Coast. Not a residential septic pumper.
Vero Beach · Indian River County · HOA & commercial
For HOA boards, condo associations, property managers, and commercial buildings whose wet well, pumps, or controls are private. Not a residential septic tank pump-out, and not a City of Vero Beach or Indian River County utility ticket for utility-owned sewer.
Vero Beach sits under two public wastewater providers. The City of Vero Beach Water & Sewer utility serves customers inside the city’s utility service area (customer service published at 1036 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960). Indian River County Department of Utility Services (IRCDUS) serves much of the unincorporated county and nearby areas, with customer service at the county Administration Complex (Building A, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach) and utilities operations at 4350 41st Street, Vero Beach. Both utilities own and maintain their own collection systems and lift stations.
IRCDUS Wastewater Collections staffs county-maintained lift stations (published lift-station mechanic roles cover preventative maintenance, pumps, motors, generators, float controls, and control panels on the county route). For private stations tied to new development, the county’s Utility Construction Permit checklist requires an engineer/owner acknowledgment letter and a copy of a 24/7 lift station maintenance agreement with a qualified service and repair company that has lift-station maintenance experience. County land-development rules (Chapter 918) also require private-system operators who are not yet on centralized sewer to run under a developer agreement with the utility department and to build pumps and lift stations when the department requires them.
Private community and commercial lift stations (the ones an HOA, condo association, property manager, or building owner still owns) are a different crew from city- or county-owned stations. If the alarm is on a private wet well, pumps, or control panel in Vero Beach or nearby Indian River County, call (561) 320-1924.
City of Vero Beach publishes water and sewer trouble reporting through Customer Service at (772) 978-5100 for city-owned systems. Indian River County Utilities publishes after-hours water/wastewater emergency as (772) 231-7176 for county utility infrastructure, including county lift stations. Those numbers are not for private HOA or commercial station maintenance booked through PumpRoster.
Treasure Coast Infrastructure (tcifl.com) handles underground utilities, sanitary sewer, and lift-station maintenance. Public address seen: 5360 SE Dell Street, Stuart, FL 34997. Their site lists underground contractor license CUC1226427. Bismark Electric (bismarkfl.com) handles lift-station electrical (control panel, pumps, and floats). Both publish (561) 320-1924. Neither is a residential septic pumper.
